Houston, we have a problem! While we as technical consultants bitch and moan about our clients not understanding us and demanding the impossible in ridiculously short time, people outside the business (ie our clients) are wondering what the hell we're doing. How is it possible for the insane failure rate in IT projects to just continue?
I gave a talk on DevSum15 about this, using agile principles and my view on why the #NoProjects and #NoEstimates movements are not visionary but inevitable. Please watch it and, even pleasier, tell me what you think!
